TimeFlow shows an organization's whole working day on one screen: who's in, who's late, who's absent — in real time, broken down by buildings and departments, and each manager sees only their own people. Every check-in is matched against the employee's personal schedule (a lecturer starts at 8:30, a guard works 24-on/72-off); a latecomer is asked for an explanatory note in their cabinet or a Telegram bot, and daily hours are counted from actual check-ins and exported as a timesheet to Excel and CSV. Check-in works via a Hikvision face-recognition terminal, a kiosk (works offline) or a phone (camera and geolocation). A multi-campus model: places are buildings and entrances, groups are departments and services, and roles are scoped to their area. Each organization gets a separate database and its own address. Integrations: Hikvision ISAPI, a desktop connector, a Telegram bot, 1C and iiko, Excel/CSV, API and webhooks.
